House & Co - House Renovations Perth

We had House & Co renovate our kitchen and are so happy with the final product - we now have our dream kitchen. When we first met with Sam he gave us some really great ideas to transform our kitchen and add value to our home. It turned out being a bigger renovation than we had planned, but we are so happy we followed his advice. All the trades have a great quality of work. Although there were some small hiccups along the way (as standard in most renovations I’m sure) Sam always was prompt and professional and any issues were quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend Sam and House & Co for renovations.

These guys recently did renovations on my 2 bathrooms. They did a brilliant job delivering a high quality product without the western suburbs price tag that so often follows quotes in this area. Sam in particular was a delight to deal with. Approachable, open and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with what he was delivering. Would both highly recommend these guys and work with them in the future.

We recently had the crew from House & Co carry out a renovation of hallways, main living , kitchen, dining, and lounge room. Full repaint, removal and replacement of old timber flooring and tiles plus splashback , along with opening up the living area, and installing LED downlighting. All the trades were fantastic to deal with and top quality work.This is the second property we have had renovated by Sam and his team, and would definitely recommend them.Craig and Lea

Its taken me 4 months to write this review as I wanted my renovated en-suite to 'settle' before I wrote it. Whilst we did have some small issues during the renovation Sam was always quick to respond to them, visited site 2-3 times to see firsthand and always followed up on any items we raised.He was helpful in selecting our pieces at the showroom and had a good idea of what is trendy and what to avoid for our space.Ali (sp?) our tiler was a superstar, the tiles are PERFECT and I could not fault them at all.We had concerns with the other trades and some did have to come back and fix issues before we granted PC but overall I am very very happy with the service. Our bathroom turned out better than I expected.Recently the sink mixer tap has corroded, after only being used for 4 months. Sam replied immediately to the issue and arranged a replacement to be installed.Its service and prompt communication like this that makes me comfortable in recommending House & Co to others and I will definitely keep them in mind for future works.

The team were great, very professional and completely understood what was required. The job was completed on time with a tidy end result. 100% recommended and will use again. Great work.
